De-stress, energize, and commune with your neighbors on Kent Island. Our peaceful, welcoming space is thoroughly cleaned several times throughout the day. Mats and equipment are provided for you, and are sanitized before and after each class. All you need is a bottle of water, comfortable workout clothes, and grip socks. Come on in! We can’t wait to meet you at the barre or on the mat.
